Use of the Store

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of retailfena.com and the services offered through the online store. The store is operated by ZILEAN INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED. By placing an order or using a store feature, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you under law.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the store to place an order. These Terms do not replace or reduce rights that cannot legally be limited.

Products and Product Information

The store offers lighting products, including glass pendant lights, linear pendant lights, and portable table lamps. Product materials, dimensions, finishes, light sources, controls, compatibility, and care requirements vary by item and are described on the applicable product page.

We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately. Images may vary from the physical product because of lighting, photography, display settings, materials, or individual product characteristics. Prices and Orders

Prices, product availability, and order details are displayed in the store at the time of purchase. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and other disclosed charges may be added at checkout.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is subject to payment authorization and acceptance. We may contact you if information is missing or if a problem affects the order. If we cannot fulfill an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Please ensure that your contact and delivery details are accurate. We will make reasonable efforts to correct an order before it is processed or dispatched, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.

Payment, Shipping, and Returns

Payment is handled using the methods made available at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Shipping methods, delivery estimates, destinations, and charges are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout where supported. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Please contact customer service before sending a return.

Privacy and Advertising Preferences

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies or advertising technologies, that consent is requested separately through the applicable privacy preference mechanism. Accepting these Terms or browsing the store does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional advertising tracking.

This does not limit liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or our obligations concerning accepted orders and mandatory consumer rights.

We may revise these Terms when required to reflect changes to the store or applicable law. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed, subject to applicable law.
